Shipping costs to New Zealand and international destinations are displayed in the Cart and in the Checkout. This covers all packaging and cost of shipping.

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro & JCB.

You can also pay by Direct Bank Transfer.

As we are on Waiheke Island it can take slightly longer than normal. The joys of living on an Island paradise.

For New Zealand deliveries it can be from 2-5 days.

For overseas deliveries it can be from 5-15 days.

You can be rest assured that your payment data is protected. We use a third party,, to process all of our transactions.

Your connection to the transaction provider (and in fact our entire website) is encrypted using industry standard SSL (HTTPS) encryption.

We do not see or have access to your full card details. These are all handled, in a fully encrypted form, by Stripe.

We pick and pack your order, and using recycled or recyclable packaging we wrap and box your order with all the care it deserves.

We will take it to our local post shop here on Waiheke island and send it on its way. We do this 3 times a week.

We don't usually pack with an invoice unless it is going overseas and there is a customs requirement for it to be part of the postage documents.

Your receipt is emailed to you using the email address you gave us once you have paid.

Customs & Restrictions

We successfully ship international orders on time and without problem to many happy customers throughout the world.

Due to export restrictions out of New Zealand we are unable to ship more than 2kgs total weight of honey and packaging by standard post, so we may have to split your order up to allow for this.

Please familiarize yourself with your country’s policies prior to ordering. You can do that by contacting your country’s customs office and asking questions on their policies in respect to the products you would like to order. This will allow you to avoid delivery delays, and import duties. We appreciate your diligence in this aspect of international ordering as it creates an easier ordering and shipping experience for you.

Commercial invoices for customs clearance will be sent with the full product value. Rewards points and coupons will not be deducted from the commercial invoice.

Also, it is important to know of any personal purchase limits in place in your country. If your order exceeds the set limit, you will have to arrange for a broker to clear your order through customs at extra cost.
