For New Zealand purchasers all prices are in New Zealand dollars. All credit card charges are processed in New Zealand dollars. For overseas purchasers the currencies may be selected at the check out.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Waiheke Honey Company Ltd containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a day of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via your selected shipping method within 1 to 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer. For all overseas orders, Waiheke Honey Company Ltd can not be held responsible for any goods that have not been received or picked up from the given address, as the honey can not be sent back to NZ, as there is no honey allowed to be imported into NZ, not even NZ honey. So it will be destroyed at the boarder by our customs.
We will also require a contact phone number as well as the address for the person receiving the goods, in case the delivery company needs to make contact with them.
Please insure that delivery details are correct, as Waiheke Honey Company Ltd can not be held responsible for goods not received after they have been sent.
