When the bees collect nectar from Manuka and other species we get this ‘bee blend’ of lighter grade Manuka. The flavour profile is halfway between a stronger Manuka and Native Bush honeys, reflecting the bee blend of nectar sources.
Smokey to herbal strong flavours. Manuka honey is well known for its unique properties. Like all our Manuka Honey, we send it off for independent laboratory testing to get accurate certified Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) levels and its Methylglyoxal (MG mg/kg) levels.
All our honey’s are cold-processed, raw, unpasteurized & unfiltered.
